Super breakfast
All clean and tidy

All staff was so nice, always they have smiling face, and asked that are we good? They were so helpful. We went early and reception staff tried to prepare our room immediately and offered breakfast and drinking. Hasan who is the service staff on the terrace was very good and so kind. Property was so clean. We are appreciate them. In addition, the view on the terrace is gorgeous. When we will come again, absolutely prefer this hotel :)

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The balcony has great views of the pyramids and is a perfect spot to enjoy sunset and the sound and light show. There's a small fridge in the room to hold the 2 bottles of water we got every day. The aircon works well, there's minimal street noise and we were well rested every night.
Bodi assisted us with our luggage while we took the lift up to our rooms.
Hassan at the restaurant always greeted us with a smile, jokes, took pictures for us, and arranged birthday cakes for our parents. The food was great with large portion sizes.
Farouk arranged tours for us and even accompanied us and pointed out the good spots to do shopping.

The best property if you wish to visit the pyramids! Just opposite and the closest to Pyramids.
Staffs were most welcoming and Generous, also gave us complimentary breakfast even though we checked in 12pm afternoon.

You can get the best view from this hotel. Room is little small but view from the the balcony or terrace is amazing. You can see the light and sound free from hotel. Staff are very cooperating and friendly

The prime location in front of the pyramids offers stunning views, especially from the terrace during breakfast. Despite a minor sewer smell, the clean rooms and functional amenities make this highly recommended for a memorable stay.
The hotel-arranged guide and tour exceeded our expectations, offering exceptional flexibility. Our two days were truly memorable! Mido, our guide, stood out with his warm personality and high motivation – highly recommendable! Abdullah, the driver, was equally friendly and polite. Exploring Cairo's museums, pyramids, camel riding, Sphinx, Memphis, and Saqqara was a joy. Thanks to Mido, we were spared any annoyance from local carriage drivers, camel jockeys, souvenir sellers, and even official security and temple guards. Additionally, Mido captured wonderful photos of us. Many thanks again, and we wholeheartedly recommend Mido and Abdullah to everyone!

Ever since we got to the airport , the hotel staff is ready for you. They pick you up and bring you to the hotel. Check in is super easy and fast.
The best part of our stay was the staff. Specially Moses , the hotel manager who took care uf us in every way. Moses Brought us to the top places in Gyza, helped us with souvenirs , jewelry, food , and every thing is in your mind. Not just told us about the places , Moses walked with us along the way giving us a nice guided tour . I recommend you big time to stay here and ask for Moses to make your journey more than great .
Hazan , famous by the name “breakfast man” is so kind and gentle . He is in charge of you being full and his service is more than enough. He is really funny and makes you feel more than welcome.
In general the staff is amazing and everybody is kind.

Ola , was very helpful to arrange our trip back to the airport. Body the strong young boy carrying our luggage to and from our room, then we had hassan always with a smile on his face for breakfast going the exra mile, and saliem our saviour getting my suitcase fixed which i thought was an impossible task. Even drove on a tuktuk here in cairo. The view from our room was fantastic.

The staff were all so helpful and nice, helping us book whatever tours we wanted to do during our stay. They organised tour guides and a driver for us everyday who were all so lovely especially the driver Sammy. The hotel arranged for a driver to collect us at the airport. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. Food and rooms are great.

in front of the pyramids,the view is spectacular, the rooms are regularly cleaned by friendly and easily accessible housekeeping, Hassan is the best employee there(server), has a genuine smile, goes an extra mile in making sure all guest are happy- very passionate about his job.The hotel also offers trips around if you have not booked one with other companies.

the service is very nice. moses and ole are good and they can provide camel travel. The location is also nice, which near by the pyramids. In addition, in hotel we can see the pyramids any time in the roof of hotel.

THE VIEW IS SPEECHLESS, THE STAFF IS AWSOME, AGMED AND MOHAMED WERE INCREDIBLE. THE ROOM IS VERY GOOD, THE BREAKFAST DELICIOUS AND THEY HAVE MANY DINNER OPTIONS AND SHISHA.

Abdul and Ibrahim were lovely boys from the rooftop bar, we liked their serving skills and kindness!

Moses, Alibaba and Mohammed and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The only way to be closer to the pyramids is to sit on top of the ticket office. haha breakfast on the rooftop was very enjoyable & If you get a little too much sun just ask for an umbrella and they will bring it for you. I also highly recommend their full day private guided tour that will pick you up at the hotel and drop you back and includes lunch. Many nights we enjoyed room service on our private balcony overlooking the pyramids in Giza. Very romantic for couples. You won’t want to stop taking pictures because the sunsets and the moon and the stars are amazing. I enjoy doing Facebook live videos to my friends back home from the rooftop restaurant.

The location was exceptional, we couldn’t ask for anything more! The view of the pyramids was spectacular from the rooftop restaurant. Hassan was amazing and very accommodating and made our visits for early breakfasts very pleasant and warm. All of the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful although we can’t remember all of the names we remember the faces and the gestures and the feeling that exuded from this cozy hotel. Thank you to Moses and to Ali Baba for keeping our room so tidy. And another big thank you to Hassan and the restaurant staff!!

Panorama view has a wonderful location and the best view from Giza Pyramids.

The amazing view. It's the first building for the Piramids and Sfinx. The staaf is really great and helps you with everything.

Very friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond for service and making us feel welcomed. The food had incredible flavor, great portion sizes and the rooftop restaurant hands down has the best view of the pyramids. The staff organized a private tour guide while we were there, her name was Sherine and we can not recommend her enough. Sherine was kind and overqualified, the knowledge and love she shared about Egypt was incredible we could not have asked for a better experience and guide for Egyptian history. 100% ask for Sharine if you visit and would like a private guide. They also organized flights accommodation and a private guide for Luxor which was also a fantastic experience. I 100% recommend Panorama view, the staff all exceeded expectations and can not recommend enough.

Best location in Giza, you can even see the hotel and amazing rooftop while walking around the pyramids. Very friendly staff and everything was spotless. Wonderful breakfast

We would like to thank all the staff of the hotel, they were very helpful in everything. We came late, they sent the taxi to airport to pick us up, the restaurant was working, and they brought us food in the room, and in the morning the breakfast was very rich. We had some questions which were fixed immediately. And they upgraded our room, so we had bigger balcony and next day we were living late in the evening, so they gave us another room and we could relax a little before long flight. Everybody are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! And special thanks to Amir, who helped us with a great guide tour, and with all our questions which we only could think of )) This hotel has 2 great thing - the ppl who work there and the amazing view to the pyramids! When we come another time to Egypt will visit this hotel again for sure.

The best hotel in this area for this price, very tasty breakfast, supernice staff, wonderful view from the balcony and from the roof as well.
When I go to Giza again, I will choose only this hotel.

The most incredible view you could ask for. Waking up to the pyramids each day and witnessing their light show every evening is indescribable. But what made this experience even more fantastic was the hotel service. We’ve never been treated more generously or respectfully. At the restaurant Hassan takes care of you with a personal touch you might expect at the most glamorous of hotels. Mohammed makes sure you never feel in need, he truly treats you like one of his personal friends rather than just another guest.

Everything was excellent, the staff was very kind and very helpful (the smiles and assistance of Yassir, Hassan, Hassan, Mehammed made my trip)
The owner is very kind and super generous (they offer free drinks, free gifts. …)

The location is unmatched.. you are literally seeing three large pyramids in front of you without any blocking and the entrance/ ticket office of the light show is within 15 steps maybe. To smoke shisha, drink tea while watching the pyramids with skies and moon from their rooftop bar is just spectacular. Breakfast was great and more than enough too.
second highlight is their services and the hospitality. We stayed on the Christmas’s eve so we were offered unlimited free shisha and tea/ juices. Next day we went back after having checked out but they still welcomed us and left us with the best spot on the rooftop bar - so we had another wonderful time watching the sunset from there. I’m extremely touched when the host, after knowing we need to board the overnight sleeping train, also left his contact with us, asking us to call him whenever we needed help.
