The best hotel in Giza with beautiful view on the pyramides! super nice Stuff especially Ola in front Desk and Hassan in the restaurant.

Ever since we got to the airport , the hotel staff is ready for you. They pick you up and bring you to the hotel. Check in is super easy and fast.The best part of our stay was the staff. Specially Moses , the hotel manager who took care uf us in every way. Moses Brought us to the top places in Gyza, helped us with souvenirs , jewelry, food , and every thing is in your mind. Not just told us about the places , Moses walked with us along the way giving us a nice guided tour . I recommend you big time to stay here and ask for Moses to make your journey more than great .Hazan , famous by the name “breakfast man” is so kind and gentle . He is in charge of you being full and his service is more than enough. He is really funny and makes you feel more than welcome.In general the staff is amazing and everybody is kind.Thanks for everything and definitely we’ll comeback .

The location was exceptional, we couldn’t ask for anything more! The view of the pyramids was spectacular from the rooftop restaurant. Hassan was amazing and very accommodating and made our visits for early breakfasts very pleasant and warm. All of the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful although we can’t remember all of the names we remember the faces and the gestures and the feeling that exuded from this cozy hotel. Thank you to Moses and to Ali Baba for keeping our room so tidy. And another big thank you to Hassan and the restaurant staff!!

THE VIEW IS SPEECHLESS, THE STAFF IS AWSOME, AGMED AND MOHAMED WERE INCREDIBLE. THE ROOM IS VERY GOOD, THE BREAKFAST DELICIOUS AND THEY HAVE MANY DINNER OPTIONS AND SHISHA.

Moses, Alibaba and Mohammed and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The only way to be closer to the pyramids is to sit on top of the ticket office. haha breakfast on the rooftop was very enjoyable & If you get a little too much sun just ask for an umbrella and they will bring it for you. I also highly recommend their full day private guided tour that will pick you up at the hotel and drop you back and includes lunch. Many nights we enjoyed room service on our private balcony overlooking the pyramids in Giza. Very romantic for couples. You won’t want to stop taking pictures because the sunsets and the moon and the stars are amazing. I enjoy doing Facebook live videos to my friends back home from the rooftop restaurant.

Abdul and Ibrahim were lovely boys from the rooftop bar, we liked their serving skills and kindness!Adam negotiate us a full day trip which was great experience!Ola on reception welcomed us.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The balcony has great views of the pyramids and is a perfect spot to enjoy sunset and the sound and light show. There's a small fridge in the room to hold the 2 bottles of water we got every day. The aircon works well, there's minimal street noise and we were well rested every night.Bodi assisted us with our luggage while we took the lift up to our rooms.Hassan at the restaurant always greeted us with a smile, jokes, took pictures for us, and arranged birthday cakes for our parents. The food was great with large portion sizes.Farouk arranged tours for us and even accompanied us and pointed out the good spots to do shopping.

Best location in Giza, you can even see the hotel and amazing rooftop while walking around the pyramids. Very friendly staff and everything was spotless. Wonderful breakfast

Panorama view has a wonderful location and the best view from Giza Pyramids.We definitely stay again when we visit Egypt - the staff is really helpful and very friendly. My thank you to Moses, Mohamed and other staff.
