Had an excellent stay at this hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff, including the humorous Fwad for Japanese speakers:)The prime location in front of the pyramids offers stunning views, especially from the terrace during breakfast. Despite a minor sewer smell, the clean rooms and functional amenities make this highly recommended for a memorable stay.The hotel-arranged guide and tour exceeded our expectations, offering exceptional flexibility. Our two days were truly memorable! Mido, our guide, stood out with his warm personality and high motivation – highly recommendable! Abdullah, the driver, was equally friendly and polite. Exploring Cairo's museums, pyramids, camel riding, Sphinx, Memphis, and Saqqara was a joy. Thanks to Mido, we were spared any annoyance from local carriage drivers, camel jockeys, souvenir sellers, and even official security and temple guards. Additionally, Mido captured wonderful photos of us. Many thanks again, and we wholeheartedly recommend Mido and Abdullah to everyone!

The location is unmatched.. you are literally seeing three large pyramids in front of you without any blocking and the entrance/ ticket office of the light show is within 15 steps maybe. To smoke shisha, drink tea while watching the pyramids with skies and moon from their rooftop bar is just spectacular. Breakfast was great and more than enough too.second highlight is their services and the hospitality. We stayed on the Christmas’s eve so we were offered unlimited free shisha and tea/ juices. Next day we went back after having checked out but they still welcomed us and left us with the best spot on the rooftop bar - so we had another wonderful time watching the sunset from there. I’m extremely touched when the host, after knowing we need to board the overnight sleeping train, also left his contact with us, asking us to call him whenever we needed help.

Everything was excellent, the staff was very kind and very helpful (the smiles and assistance of Yassir, Hassan, Hassan, Mehammed made my trip)The owner is very kind and super generous (they offer free drinks, free gifts. …)The view from the window and the terrace is just awesome ….Whatever I write, will not reflect my happiness of my stay in this hotel. <3

We would like to thank all the staff of the hotel, they were very helpful in everything. We came late, they sent the taxi to airport to pick us up, the restaurant was working, and they brought us food in the room, and in the morning the breakfast was very rich. We had some questions which were fixed immediately. And they upgraded our room, so we had bigger balcony and next day we were living late in the evening, so they gave us another room and we could relax a little before long flight. Everybody are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! And special thanks to Amir, who helped us with a great guide tour, and with all our questions which we only could think of )) This hotel has 2 great thing - the ppl who work there and the amazing view to the pyramids! When we come another time to Egypt will visit this hotel again for sure.

The hotel is as you see in pictures, it'sin front of the pyramids,the view is spectacular, the rooms are regularly cleaned by friendly and easily accessible housekeeping, Hassan is the best employee there(server), has a genuine smile, goes an extra mile in making sure all guest are happy- very passionate about his job.The hotel also offers trips around if you have not booked one with other companies.Thank you everyone, will definitely come back with family.

Very friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond for service and making us feel welcomed. The food had incredible flavor, great portion sizes and the rooftop restaurant hands down has the best view of the pyramids. The staff organized a private tour guide while we were there, her name was Sherine and we can not recommend her enough. Sherine was kind and overqualified, the knowledge and love she shared about Egypt was incredible we could not have asked for a better experience and guide for Egyptian history. 100% ask for Sharine if you visit and would like a private guide. They also organized flights accommodation and a private guide for Luxor which was also a fantastic experience. I 100% recommend Panorama view, the staff all exceeded expectations and can not recommend enough.

All staff was so nice, always they have smiling face, and asked that are we good? They were so helpful. We went early and reception staff tried to prepare our room immediately and offered breakfast and drinking. Hasan who is the service staff on the terrace was very good and so kind. Property was so clean. We are appreciate them. In addition, the view on the terrace is gorgeous. When we will come again, absolutely prefer this hotel :)

The best property if you wish to visit the pyramids! Just opposite and the closest to Pyramids.Staffs were most welcoming and Generous, also gave us complimentary breakfast even though we checked in 12pm afternoon.

the service is very nice. moses and ole are good and they can provide camel travel. The location is also nice, which near by the pyramids. In addition, in hotel we can see the pyramids any time in the roof of hotel.
