"Wonderful experience"

Panorama view has a wonderful location and the best view from Giza Pyramids.We definitely stay again when we visit Egypt - the staff is really helpful and very friendly. My thank you to Moses, Mohamed and other staff.

"Wonderful stay with spectacular view and warm staff"

The location is unmatched.. you are literally seeing three large pyramids in front of you without any blocking and the entrance/ ticket office of the light show is within 15 steps maybe. To smoke shisha, drink tea while watching the pyramids with skies and moon from their rooftop bar is just spectacular. Breakfast was great and more than enough too.second highlight is their services and the hospitality. We stayed on the Christmas’s eve so we were offered unlimited free shisha and tea/ juices. Next day we went back after having checked out but they still welcomed us and left us with the best spot on the rooftop bar - so we had another wonderful time watching the sunset from there. I’m extremely touched when the host, after knowing we need to board the overnight sleeping train, also left his contact with us, asking us to call him whenever we needed help.

"Hidden gem with great views"

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The balcony has great views of the pyramids and is a perfect spot to enjoy sunset and the sound and light show. There's a small fridge in the room to hold the 2 bottles of water we got every day. The aircon works well, there's minimal street noise and we were well rested every night.Bodi assisted us with our luggage while we took the lift up to our rooms.Hassan at the restaurant always greeted us with a smile, jokes, took pictures for us, and arranged birthday cakes for our parents. The food was great with large portion sizes.Farouk arranged tours for us and even accompanied us and pointed out the good spots to do shopping.

Ola , was very helpful to arrange our trip back to the airport. Body the strong young boy carrying our luggage to and from our room, then we had hassan always with a smile on his face for breakfast going the exra mile, and saliem our saviour getting my suitcase fixed which i thought was an impossible task. Even drove on a tuktuk here in cairo. The view from our room was fantastic.

You can get the best view from this hotel. Room is little small but view from the the balcony or terrace is amazing. You can see the light and sound free from hotel. Staff are very cooperating and friendly

"We really enjoyed our stay in Egypt thanks to the hotel staff"

We would like to thank all the staff of the hotel, they were very helpful in everything. We came late, they sent the taxi to airport to pick us up, the restaurant was working, and they brought us food in the room, and in the morning the breakfast was very rich. We had some questions which were fixed immediately. And they upgraded our room, so we had bigger balcony and next day we were living late in the evening, so they gave us another room and we could relax a little before long flight. Everybody are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! And special thanks to Amir, who helped us with a great guide tour, and with all our questions which we only could think of )) This hotel has 2 great thing - the ppl who work there and the amazing view to the pyramids! When we come another time to Egypt will visit this hotel again for sure.

The most incredible view you could ask for. Waking up to the pyramids each day and witnessing their light show every evening is indescribable. But what made this experience even more fantastic was the hotel service. We’ve never been treated more generously or respectfully. At the restaurant Hassan takes care of you with a personal touch you might expect at the most glamorous of hotels. Mohammed makes sure you never feel in need, he truly treats you like one of his personal friends rather than just another guest.

"We had a great start to our holiday at the panorama view"

The staff were all so helpful and nice, helping us book whatever tours we wanted to do during our stay. They organised tour guides and a driver for us everyday who were all so lovely especially the driver Sammy. The hotel arranged for a driver to collect us at the airport. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. Food and rooms are great.
